DIRECTIONS FROM LISBON AIRPORT TO EVA'S HOUSE

On leaving Car Rentals, follow signs to “City Centre” and almost immediately, bear left through the tunnel which goes under the flyover.
After a further 200m. you pass under a second flyover (which carries the highway you want to get on to).
Take the first right out of the roundabout immediately after the underpass. The signs are to IC 19 Sintra and 2ª Circular.
Follow subsequent signs to A5 Cascais. (You will see the Benfica football stadium on your left after a little while.)

You will be on the A5 for about 21 kilometers. HAVE MONEY READY FOR THE TOLL ON THE MOTORWAY. (Do not go through the VIA VERDE lanes!!)

At Exit 12 (the last exit), take the right-hand lane to Malveira and Aldª Juso.
After the Repsol petrol station on your right, the road rises in Aldeia de Juso. At the top of the rise, take the right turning at the little roundabout into MURCHES. (There is a Snack Bar and a little restaurant on the right-hand corner).
Come up the winding road into the village square. There’s a chapel on the right and the Panisol Coffee Shop on your left.
Go straight on and up the hill. Turn right at the top into Rua Gonçalves Zarco. (The first house is called Casa do Moinho and there is a row of garages on your left). There’s a big blue and white water tower at the top of our cul-de-sac.
We are the second house on the left. It has a TURINTA sign on the gatepost and Shangri-la on the wall of the house.
